1. Refund Policy. All nail services are non-refundable once completed. If you are dissatisfied with any services in the salon, we are more than happy to make the corrections as necessary to exceed your expectations. 2. Appointment Policy: Appointments can be made via phone or in-person. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may be requested to be rescheduled. We request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation. 3. Right to Refuse: We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone WITH REASON; being, but not limited to, anyone with suspicion of nail or health conditions deemed to be contagious, anyone with open or infected wounds on treatment areas, or anyone we fear could be further harmed by our services. 4.
